Before we move to leadership concepts, specific tools, and self-reflection exercises, I have one essential question for you. You don’t need books, videos, or coaching — you already know the answer.

What is the one thing you could do (that you’re not doing now) which, if done regularly, would make a tremendous positive difference in your leadership role?

Block time for it in your calendar for the next month. Write down the exact slots you commit to (for example: Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00–9:15 am). Don’t commit to 4–8 hours per week. Make a small commitment — say, 30 or 60 minutes per week.
